Here, you’ll find answers to some of the most common questions our guests have about the 24 Hours of Le Mans hospitality packages, booking process, and event details. General Questions

Q: What is included in the hospitality packages?

A: All packages include entry to the event, access to the dedicated VIP hospitality area(s), gourmet catering, and specially selected exclusive experiences depending on the package level (Classic, Premium, Ultimate). Each package is designed to provide a unique and unforgettable 24 Hours of Le Mans experience.

Catering & Meals in detail:
Wednesday, June 12th 2024: Open bar & snacks all day; dinner included
Thursday, June 13th 2024: Open bar & snacks all day, lunch & dinner included
Friday, June 14th 2024: Open bar & snacks all day, lunch included
Saturday, June 15th 2024: Open bar & snacks all day, lunch & dinner included
Sunday, June 16th 2024: Open bar & snacks all day, breakfast & lunch (brunch) included

Lunch times: 11:30 – 14:00 / 11:30 AM to 2 PM
Dinner times: 18:00 – 20:30 / 6 PM to 8:30 PM (Saturday till 21:00 / 9 PM)
Sunday Brunch (breakfast leading into lunch): 10:30 – 14:30 / 10:30 AM to 2:30 PM

Q: When does the hospitality Arena24 opens?

Opening times for Arena24:
Wednesday, June 12th 2024: 10:00 – 00:00 / 10 AM to 12AM
Thursday, June 13th 2024: 10:00 – 00:00 / 10 AM to 12 AM
Friday, June 14th 2024: 10:00 – 22:00 / 10 AM to 12 AM

Q: Can I buy hospitality packages for a group?

A: Yes, we welcome group bookings. For group reservations you can simply add more tickets to your order. If you have special invoicing requirements,  please contact our team. Please note, that there are no group discounts offered.

Q: Are children allowed in the hospitality areas?

A: Children are welcome in our hospitality areas. We can offer a special pricing for children under the age of 12. Please contact us for more details.

Booking and Payment

Q: How can I book a hospitality package?

A: You can book your hospitality package directly through our website by selecting your desired package and following the booking instructions. Alternatively, you can contact our team by email to arrange a booking via standard invoicing. Please note that your tickets will only be secured once the funds have reached our bank account.

Q: What payment methods do you accept?

A: We accept various payment methods, including credit cards, bank transfers, and online payment platforms. Full details can be found during the booking process.

Q: Can I cancel my booking and receive a refund?

A: As is common with tickets for concerts & sporting events, all bookings are nonrefundable. However, you can transfer your ticket to another person that would like to participate for you – please inform us about this and supply the needed contact details.

Event Details

Q: How will I receive my ticket and final information?

A: You can meet us at the Cadillac & Corvette Racing ticket booth at the MMArena Accreditation Center to pick up your tickets. Please bring an ID. If you have bought tickets for others, please share their names with us ahead of time by email. Location of the ticket booth: Link to google maps
Please be aware that you are then fully responsible for these tickets and we are not able to redistribute any incase of loss. Sharing or passing on is prohibited without our written approval. We expect to be able to distribute all tickets by the beginning of June, however this will be determined by the event organisers.

Q: Where exactly is the Cadillac & Corvette Racing ticket booth and when is it open?

A: The Cadillac & Corvette Racing ticket booth is located at the MMArena Accreditation Center. From the tram stop Antares it is just a short walk to the soccer stadium. Location of the ticket booth: Link to google maps
Parking is for free and right next to the ticket booth.
We decided on Tuesday, June 11th 2024 to tab directly into the ACO’s Accreditation Center ticket pick up service, instead of manning our ticket booth as well – the ACO’s service works great which we explored with the first pick-ups there.

ACO Accreditation Center (around the corner from the ticket booth) is open:
Wednesday to Saturday, June 12th to June 15th 2024: 6:00 – 24:00 / 6 AM to 12AM
Please get in touch with us to arrange this. Please bring a form of ID to collect your envelope.
In case you need to get in touch – Sebastian Becker is reachable by Phone: +49-176-63639221 (ideally WhatsApp) for futher co-ordination. We have our base at the nearby Hippodrome and can meet-up if needed. We are on-site in Le Mans from June 4th onwards and can accommodate individual pickups if needed.

Q: Will there be parking available?

A: Yes, parking is available for guests of our hospitality packages. Please indicate during the booking process if you require a parking pass. This parking pass will be given to you when you pick up your tickets at the ticket booth.
Parking at the MMArena Accreditation is free during the time of pick up.

We have allocated Parking Tickets for the requested bookings. These are all on West Parking/Yellow (Parking Ouest).

From West Parking you enter through the west gate, use the bridge to Ferris Wheel, then the Porsche Bridge to cross the Track. From there you proceed left (North) and you will reach the Arena24 within a short walk.
You will recognize the access to Cadillac & Corvette Racing due to branding and naming.

Q: How do I get to the VIP hospitality areas?

A: Our hospitality location is part of the ACO Arena24 complex, that is located across from the Porsche Experience Centre, on the inside of the race track – right at pit entry. Here is a google link to the coordinates:

Q: Who is my point of contact and where?

The hospitality team is led by The Race Specialists team, you can find them during the opening hours of the GM Arena24 hospitality unit at the front desk. They will be able to assist you with your reservation for your activities that come with your package and can give you guidance on the area. Feel free to contact them at any time with any question.

Q: What is the dress code for the hospitality areas?

A: The dress code for our hospitality areas is smart casual. We recommend checking the weather forecast for the event and dressing appropriately for outdoor events.

Additional Services

Q: Can you accommodate dietary restrictions?

A: Yes, we can accommodate various dietary restrictions. Our caterer provides a wide variety on meals every day that will fit most common dietary restrictions and preferences like vegetarian, vegan, gluten free. The various buffets will be labelled in French and English.
Please inform us of any other dietary requirements.

Q: Are there any additional experiences I can book alongside my package?

A: We offer a range of experiences within our packages on offer. If there are any options on additional experiences or options to add, these will be shown in the booking process.
If you are missing something that would make your race visit even better, please feel free to get in contact with our team and we can see what is possible. We have a limited number of T23 Grandstand tickets available, if you would like to upgrade your Classic Package with a grandstand seat get in contact with us.

Q: Is there Wi-Fi available in the hospitality areas?

A: Yes, complimentary Wi-Fi is available for all guests in our hospitality areas.
